Dr Keith Watts – Managing Director PhD (Electrical Engineering and Management, Qld), MBA (Deakin), BE (Elec) Qld
A professional engineer and manager, with an MBA, and a PhD in the fields of management and electrical engineering awarded in 1996 by the University of Queensland, Dr Watts' PhD research was into the performance of the electricity distribution utilities in Queensland. Dr Watts has an MBA degree from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honours in the School of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, University of Queensland. Dr Watts is also a licenced electrical fitter and electrical mechanic, Queensland.
Dr Watts has previously held various engineering positions and been general manager of two of the electricity boards in Queensland. He has worked in the Queensland Public Service as head of corporate services in two Queensland Government departments and as a senior executive in the Queensland Electricity Reform Unit and the Office of Energy, Queensland Treasury. Dr Watts is experienced inelectricity reform issues associated with contestability in electricity supply.
Dr Watts provides to our clients his expertise in full retail competition, negotiating electricity contracts and market contract analysis, resolving network tariff issues , tariff checks, and on-supply arrangements for commercial buildings and bodies corporate.

Michael Newton – Director BBus, Marketing & Management (Griffith University)
Michael started his career in the Army then moved into the Telecommunications industry where he held positions as a state and corporate manager in Queensland. He has over 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry. He has a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University majoring in marketing and management, 2xCert IV in Business Management and Cert II in Sustainable Energy. He is also a Director of Office Advisors which is a consulting company for new technology, smart card and telecommunications. He has developed sales and marketing strategies, built and negotiated channel networks and developed and marketed products and services. He also has had extensive experience in account management and the implementation and management of complex projects.
