Do your Buildings have questions about Group Electricity arrangements?
Watt Utilities has years of experience in this area across QLD, VIC and NSW regulations. We are not an On-biller but we consult to Committees/Strata Companies/Shopping centres/Caravan Parks/ Commercial buildings and Developers that wish to go through this process or are seeking independent advice about their current On-Supply arrangements.
We are independent to any billing company so our advice is based on what is best for the client wanting to enter into the arrangement.
Our services are -
Strata Contestability Assessment - A report to determine if it is viable for a building to consolidate and implement a bulk supply arrangement with a contestable contract, incorporating one off costs of the metering changes, management of implementation and ongoing costs such as billing.
Management of Transfer - If entering into this arrangement we manage the transfer into On-Supply – Contract Negotiations with Retailer, Retailer Compliance to Network, Liaising with Networks and I&C officers, Onsite Managers and Electricians, then handing over to the billing companies or the strata businesses that provide billing services.
We can validate and assist Strata companies in compliance with On-Supply.
